When we provide API credentials (including TikTok API access), you agree to:

  • Respect all rate limits and usage guidelines
  • Comply with third-party platform terms (TikTok, Reddit, etc.)
  • Use API access only for the intended research purposes
  • Not share or redistribute API credentials
  • Report any suspected misuse or security issues immediately

[BETA_STATUS] EngageMate is currently free during our beta period. We reserve the right to introduce pricing plans in the future with reasonable notice to existing users.

Any future paid plans will be clearly communicated, and continued use after pricing changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

[06]INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

EngageMate owns all rights to our brand, logo, code, and proprietary technology. Users retain all rights to their own data and any insights generated from their use of our Service.

You may not use our trademarks, service marks, or logos without explicit written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of King County, Washington. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
